The company’s policy is to ensure that:

EKA LTD’s policy for “Sales, Trading, and Distribution of Sanitary Ware, Ceramic Tiles, Flooring Products, Sanitary Fittings, Hydromassage Systems, Office Systems, and Building Construction Products/Systems”, is to ensure the Health – Safety and Environmental Management of all employees-partners of the company in the broadest sense, i.e., its employees, suppliers, contractors, visitors, and partners in general. The company is committed to apply the basic principles of both the Legislation and the Quality and Environmental Management System with the aim of continuously improving its working conditions. The company recognizes that the implementation of this Policy is both the collective responsibility of all levels of management and the individual responsibility of each employee / partner.

To achieve this goal, EKA LTD (The Engineering and Commercial Association Ltd) implements the following:

  • Providing customers with the most modern technologies and electrical/mechanical equipment
  • Ensuring and respecting the customers’ copyrights
  • Creating a friendly and pleasant environment
  • The distribution of powers, responsibilities, and tasks throughout the management’s hierarchy
  • The support of the Quality & Environmental Management Systems according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 with resources and logistical infrastructure
  • The company takes all necessary measures in order to lead in modernizing the methods of operations and management, and to protect the environment and ensure the health and safety of its staff
  • Encouraging the existence of open communication channels between the departments and individuals with continuous trainings and consultations
  • The employment of qualified, experienced and responsible individuals who receive continuous training and educative information
  • The investigation of all incidents regardless of frequency and severity
  • The management of every change driven by the Quality and Environmental Policy
  • Carrying out internal audits regularly in order to solve and prevent problems
